U of T – Inspiring Girls into STEM

The Department of Mathematics at the University of Toronto hosts monthly Girls in STEM clubs for girls in Grades 6 to 8. The club meets the first Saturday of every month leading up to a Girls in STEM conference in May.

On January 8, 2022, Ripple Studios kicked off the first session for 2022 with a workshop about water treatment systems! To learn more about their programs, click here.

Our STEM learning game, Ripplenauts, was featured at the University of Toronto Girls in STEM club. This is a picture of the University of Toronto Mathematics logo. Inspiring students, specifically young girls, is the goal of their club.

Science World – Inspiring Girls into STEM

On November 6, 2021, Mallory participated as a mentor in the Video Game Creators Mentor Panel at the Girls and STEAM event hosted by Science World. She joined other game designers, animators, and software engineers to discuss what it’s like working in this field.

Camp Engies – Inspiring Girls into STEM
